My Linksys wireless access point is connected to my pc via the RJ-45 port. Since installing Vista this port is not shown in Device manager and as such I cannot setup my home network. My mobo is Asus K8V SEDeluxe. Can anyone help me get my network working?

RJ-45 port missing
I had a similiar problem. The workaround that I used was to start with a clean install of XP, install all the drivers and get a clear Device manager and then perform a upgrade to Vista. That resolved my sound problem as well as my port problem.
